Marathon Powder Black 25g is a hard, durable powder glide wax developed for long-distance races in wet and dirty snow. The black additive reduces friction from dirt particles and prevents debris buildup on the base – ideal for tough, contaminated conditions. Performs well in warm temperatures and is often competitive in colder weather too. Apply with a quality waxing iron (min. 155°C) using 8–10 seconds of movement on a skating ski. After cooling to room temperature (about 10 min), the wax can be reheated to enhance durability. Scrape after about one minute. Use it as a race wax on its own or as a durable base for top coats.
